Return procedures
Items may be returned to us by following just a few simple steps:
- Contact us.
- Provide us with the relevant order number, indicate the items to be returned and the reason for their return in the input box area.
- Once you have received an acknowledgement email from us, pack the item to be returned securely in a box, along with the copy email in order to expedite your refund.
- Send the returning items by mail to: Address
- Return shipping fees are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
Refund policy
Only items returned in pristine condition will be refunded. Non-returnable items will neither be refunded nor returned to you.
The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable, and therefore the refund will be minus any shipping and handling fee. If the order included a promotional priced item or gift, all items must be returned in order to qualify for a full refund, otherwise the full retail price of the product will be applied VanityGen and the difference deducted from the refund.
